Our Person-Centred Coach (PCC) works closely with the staff at MOL providing bespoke holistic support to young people who require additional support to access the MOL environment. We tailor our Coaching to personal needs, breaking down barriers to their learning or personal progression. These barriers may involve physical health, mental health, housing issues, social interaction, finance and budgeting, benefits, family relationships, organisational skills, including next steps in education or employment.
ALL Family Pathway PCC support young people during their Level 1 and Level 2 modules, tailoring learning to individual young people's additional needs. Throughout this process we collaborate with staff developing greater awareness and understanding around accommodations required to meet individual learner needs.
Our approach is to enable learners to overcome challenges so that they can engage with the things they need to do, want to do and are expected to do.
Our collaborations with staff promotes understanding, compassion and connection around the neurodiverse learners within the setting.
