ADHD Coaching
Our coaching programme focuses on developing independence in learning, confidence and personal identity.
Following the free consultation, we start by collecting information from parents and the learner and other professionals. This is then topped up with identifying the learners strengths and weaknesses in their executive functioning skills. Alongside understanding their interests, motivation and goals. We will then work closely with the each learner, adult and parent and devise a personalised coaching plan.
The coaching plan will include a detailed comprehensive report outlining the proposed plan of support, which will be supported with weekly sessions and regular check-ins as per individual needs.
The aim ADHD Coaching is that it will help you to achieve your goals, by developing the mindset, tools and strategies to better manage along the way

Our coaching programme focuses on developing independence in learning, confidence and personal identity.
Following the free consultation, we start by collecting information from parents and the learner, and where applicable, other professionals. This is then topped up with identifying the learners strengths and weaknesses needs in their executive functioning skills. Our approach will also include understanding their interests and motivation, alongside their short, medium and long term goals.
Our sessions are conducted either on video chat or face to face and will include a weekly 15 minute follow up session on the phone or online (this can look different for different learners, as some learners might also get text messages - depending on learner profile).
The Academic Coaching plan will be devised between the coach and learner, which will work to achieve identified goals as well as remove the identified obstacles. The coach will then provide a tailored comprehensive report to parents and learner, outlining the proposed plan of action, which will describe the areas of strengths and needs.
The aim of this tailored academic coaching is to develop good mental habits of mind and everyday strategies, in terms of executive functioning skills. Further details of our coaching model, can be accessed in the following link.
